Sounds like them drinking party's have started already, and its not even halloween yet. the PPD (Ponyville Police Department) have been called out to settle things down as tonights party is causing some commotion. so the mane six here are trying to get the really drunk ones off the streets while the others take care of the main problem. Looks Like poor Derpy Hooves and Berry Punch had a little to much, and have no idea where they are going. guess the main six will take them in for the night so that they can sleep it off.

Ponyville is home to citizen ponies like Earth ponies, unicorn ponies, pegasus ponies, and alicorn ponies. The mane six are working for Ponyville Police Department, they see the Ponyville Hotel held hostage by a criminal and its crooks because that's the scene of the crime in Equestria, everypony is in danger. Ponyville Police told Princess Celestia and Spike to stay back during the scene of the crime tonight. This is just like New York City, New York, USA, but this is Ponyville, Equestria. Our world is in danger, Ponyville Fire and Police comes to the scene of the crime just like on the ABC Daytime soap opera General Hospital with Sonny Corinthose and before Shawn Butler came to Port Charles in 2011.

Well that is amazing. All the mane 6 working the thin blue line. Derpy is obviously in possession with intent to supply; not drugs but muffins. I don't know the other perp put the gangs these fillies get wrapped up in are into pretty nasty stuff. Pony trafficking, elicitation of forged documentation as well as basic money laundering and protection brackets. The animation is cool and on a loop so nice and subtle and mesmerizing at the same time. Fluttershy has reservations of booking such a young mare, she would never survive in the join. Doing between 2 and 5 for that kind of offense. Rainbow Dash is on dispatch and calling in backup; more members are moving in and the six are struggling to contain the scene. Twilight goes about interrogating the unknown perp. Not being on their records it is possible she is an illegal immigrant. Applejack performs a stop and search and has restrained the other mare. Well that is the story I got from it. Absolutely amazing I can't believe such talent exists!

Dispatcher: Ponyville Hotel being held hostage at 888 Apple Avenue at 7:50 PM.
Twilight Sparkle: We're on our way. Come on, guys, let's get to Ponyville Hotel, it's being hostage tonight, we gotta get there before somepony gets killed.
Rarity: Okay, Twilight, darling, what's the address?
Twilight Sparkle: 888 Apple Avenue. Let's go. (starts the police cruiser and siren blares across the city of Ponyville)
Princess Celestia: (groans) Those sirens are killing me! This is just like we're in New York City. I'm going out there to the Mane six. (Flies to 888 Apple Avenue where Ponyville Hotel is held hostage tonight) What is going on here? (Looks at the scene of the crime and gasps) Ponyville Hotel is being held hostage! Ponyville Police say I can't go in there because it's too dangerous in there tonight, I'll get held hostage or get shot, either way.
(Police cruisers came to Ponyville Hotel located on 888 Apple Avenue and the Mane six gets out)
Twilight Sparkle: (on bullhorn) This is the Ponyville Police Department, you are not allowed to enter the building, it's too dangerous for all the citizens of Ponyville including you, Princess Celestia.
