Ascending from a normal unicorn, to a full fledged princess alicorn, Twilight Sparkle now takes on the role as Princess of Friendship. With this new found power, She goes across the land of Equestria spreading the magic that is friendship along with her best friends; Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Applejack. For many years, they played there roles, into making the land a better place to live. . .
It has been a few 100 years now. Twilight continues spreading the magic, making new friends along the way. New memories. New bonds. New everything. However, nothing can replace what is kept close to her. As she continues to live, so do her friends. Even though they are no longer with her. To walk with her. Talk with her. Laugh with her. They will always remain Twi’s best friends. She will never forget how they helped her see how magical having friends could be. Even after all these years, she still remembers the lessons they have taught her, the time they have spent together, and the joy that has been brought by them. . .

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI like the bittersweet feel of the smile through Twilight's tears. The blossoms falling seems a bit overkill and puts a bit too much of a counter-flow to the main flow. (or what I think you're looking for in the flow of action)
I like that you have the flow of action pointing towards the cutie marks of Twilight's friends. If this is true, you might have wanted to make the cutie marks pop a bit more, perhaps shading the stars that make up the cutie marks according to the colors of the original marks.
The forced perspective is an interesting choice it gives the picture an "epic" feel. I'm not sure if you wanted that or not.
I feel that it lends weight to the piece, but detracts form the mood. --Not a criticism as much as food for thought.
Some of the face seems slightly off for reasons that I may not be able to explain, but perhaps the smile makes the muzzle look cut off, or the hair reflecting exactly as much light on her forehead as on her face. But these are nitpicks.
It's a beautiful and moving piece.
